Tour of the new Pratt Engineering building and our future lab!

June 4, 2019

Duke's Pratt School of Engineering has a new building currently under construction, and when it's done (ca. November 2020), the Hsu-Kim lab will be moving there. We can't wait! So this morning we got a tour of the site and a view of our new lab on the 2nd floor. The labs have their steel frames built, and ductwork/piping are in the ceilings, but not much else is installed in the labs just yet. Cool to see the guts of the building, as well as the great view of the Duke Chapel from our future 2nd floor conference room.

Check out progress of the building on the site's webcams: http://newbuilding.pratt.duke.edu/explore
